In the initial meeting we will discuss any ideas or questions you may have concerning your proposed renovation. Depending on the scale of the project, we can either use our in-house design services to provide you with a 3D layout of the proposed renovation or ascertain the services of an architect and/or designer to obtain working drawings and permits.
Once all the specifications are set, a construction agreement and contract will be prepared that will outline the scope of work, costing, allowances, work schedule, timelines and payment schedule as well as insurance and warranty details. As trusted professionals we guarantee our price will stay within the budget and timelines outlined in the contract unless any changes are made by you, the client, at any stage of the project.
