Dear Peppi and Bruno: My husband and I wanted to thank you both very much for the basement renovation that you just completed at our house. Our home looks beautiful. Your team is impressive for a number of reasons. Your workmanship is of utmost quality, your attention to details is amazing (absolutely love the window frames!), your patience is unfaltering as we remain undecided on certain options (this color or that color?), and your ability to advise us along the way is always welcome. You have a keen eye for what works and what does not work and we have never regretted following your lead. You obviously take pride in a job well done and it shows in everything that you touch. But what is even more impressive is the easy-going nature of your entire team. You are easy to work with, very approachable, and always ready and willing to address, with a smile, whatever requests or questions we may have (even at the end of a long day!). By now, you have pretty much redone our entire house (well, hum…still one room to go) and our experience has been the same throughout the years. Many thanks for everything. Pure Reno was the best thing that happened to my condo! After my first free in-home consultation with Peppi and Bruno we knew that we had found the right team with whom to partner and work together to complete three major renovation projects in our condo: the kitchen, the main bathroom and the powder room.
